Health is a fundamental requirement for human beings. Followed by peace of mind, contentment and happiness, if you haven’t got your health, then life becomes a trial, full of daily pain, lethargy, depression, becoming bloated, headaches, even becoming obese. It does not have to be like that!

The healthy eating of vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, fruit and small amounts of meat and fish will make your daily diet more nutritious and wholesome. Stop eating processed food it is not good for your overall health and completely cut out trans fat which is man made, found in chips, doughnuts etc.




Our bodies are a miracle and should be treated with respect, in return they will take us into old age, feeling better than we could ever have imagined. As you will read, it is not rocket science, but, you need to know the basics on nutrition, realise that we humans, were not meant for sedentary lifestyles, which most lead today!

Life is rather like the chapters of a book, as we age, we also evolve and when we look back, sometimes we do not recognise that other person!
